UPDATE FOR SERVICES:
From December this year (2025) I will be closing off my Massage therapy work after what has been an incredible and enjoyable 13 years working in this field. I have been providing massage alongside reflexology since 2013 and it is a privilege to have worked with each and every person, and to be a part of your healing and recovery using natural and holistic therapies.

Reflexology appointments will continue to be available, and I am very much looking forward to introducing some new therapeutic modalities in the new year. More to come on that at a later date.

My own experience of going through significant injury for which I had an artificial disc replacement in my cervical spine in 2019, increased my awareness of the absolute importance of good injury rehabilitation and recovery post surgery, for which therapeutic healing therapies have played an important part.

My passion to help people with their healing has lead me further into the wonderful modalities of reflexology, ortho-bionomy, micro fascia unwinding, hara work and herbal medicine. These beautiful gentle modalities assist in supporting profound changes and homeostatic balance of body, mind and soul. These are amazing therapies to help with trauma that is stored within the tissues of the body, which may be due to emotional, spiritual or physical traumas which we all encounter throughout our lives.

Myofascial Release Therapy - One hour Unwind

More info MFR is used to address specific problem areas. This 60 minute session will allow for one to two specific areas. This is not a full body treatment. MFR is useful in the treatment of chronic pain and muscle tension, using gentle pressure which stretches the fascia to release tension and restriction.
